Mohawk Valley Trading Company – A Review

I was so lucky to receive a box of some amazing products from this company.  This simple company Mohawk Valley Trading Company, offers a simple selection of Raw Honey, Maple Syrup, Beeswax, Beeswax Candles and Handmade Soap.   Each one of these products is so special I have decided they each need their own attention.

Today I am going to highlight their wonderful Maple Syrup.  I am a huge maple syrup fan, it is all I use on my pancakes, on sausage and in recipes.  I love the flavor, yum.  Their maple syrup was no exception, the taste was wonderful and flavorful.  I received a bottle of Grade A Pure Maple Syrup, robust dark, did I mention YUM!  I am generally cheap in my purchasing of maple syrups because I love to use it so much, I try to never compromise on taste though if I am going to use it on pancakes or french toast or the like.  Well let me tell you the taste on this maple syrup was top notch no masking needed and I would almost hate to cook with it because I want it smothered all over my pancakes instead.  I sampled this maple syrup straight  as well and again just yum, had a good sweet flavor.

Here is what we used it on.

This was overnight french toast, to make my Christmas morning easy and fast and I got delicious on top of that.

Stay tuned for more great products from Mohawk Valley, I just made barbecue sauce with their raw honey.

Peace & Love
