Changes and more changes

It has taken me a full year to recover from all the changes that began around this time last year and get over some hurts and begin to heal from a bout with Epstein Barr Virus which then brought on Hashimoto's. I am a perfect example of what can happen when you stay in a bad situation way too long because you just can't let folks down.

I am so beyond thankful for my job with my current company which I started at the end of January and am now settled into a project I absolutely love and believe in. I am beyond thankful for being given a chance to prove myself.

So you would think that after a year full of changes most of which I am leaving off because they really hold no bearing on the end result overall, although some really challenged me and led me here.

A couple weeks ago my friend shared this company called Chalk Couture, it was like a lightbulb went off for me. I have been trying to find something creative to add into my crafting that might enhance what I am already creating. I love to sew, paint and create in general, but for the last few of years I consumed myself with things that were not for me but for others, not even for my family. I kind of let my creativity fall to the way side and I over compensated in the wrong areas to make myself feel like I was important, totatlly missing that my family thinks I am important and I should be following my path not someone elses.

So finally with the awesome opportunity to add crafting and creativity back into my life on a more regular basis I have take a leap of faith and chosen to open my Etsy shop and sell not only some vintage items but some of my handcrafted items.

So I am introducing Maisie Hollow Designs where some of my creations will be debuting on December 1st in my Etsy shop - https://www.etsy.com/shop/MaisieHollowDesigns and you can also checkout https://www.chalkcouture.com/maisiehollow where I am now proudly a my Chalk Couture Independent Designer and you might just find your next craft project.

Thanks for allowing me to share the next phase in my path.

Peace and Love,

Dawn
